Summer lovin' had me a blast... summer lovin' happened so fast.

TOMORROW IS AUGUST! That means I have exactly 21 days (three weeks) until I move into my new dorm room. Holy Eff. The summer must have grown wings and flew by me because I'm not even to the point where I miss Rochester yet. I'm stuck in that chill phase where kickin' back with some ice tea and a good book seems normal (note: i love summer). Ah well, the upcoming year will hold great things and I'll get to spend it with great people. It's just been a freaking phenomenal summer so it's sad to see it go.

And here are some hightlights...
- celebrating Christopher's birthday the first night back in Rochester with the fabulous cake I made.
- Taco Bell's Crunchwrap Supreme.
- Skinney finally graduating high school and the amazing princess celebration that followed.
- the job at the hospital turning out really really well and becoming friends with an incredibly sweet old woman and her co-workers (code name: "Old Smalls.")
- the one night we swam at Richeroo's.
- dinners with Joyce, my mom, and Bone.
- the first dinner of the summer with the girls at Uno's.
- living in a make shift apartment (aka double in Wilder) with Jurgs all summer complete with grocery shopping each week, managing money, making dinner/doing dishes each night, etc... oh boy, growing up! As well as pretty much any other time involving Jurgs.
- buying my beloved car! and then putting 2500+ miles on it.
- the endless times spent with Bone, especially our nightly walks.
- the movie Madagascar ("smile and wave boys, smile and wave...")
- the fat groundhogs in Rochester that jiggle their chub from side to side as they run.
- Sailing with Bone and Laura.
- Drive-in with Jibs to see War of the Worlds and Mr. and Mrs. Smith
- Fourth of July fireworks and party at the camp!
- Six Flags Darien Lake with Jibs.
- Bone's recital and birthday party at the camp! + meeting Matt Berry, Reggie joining us, and everyone skinny dipping.
- the sunflowers Jibs bought me.
- Ottawa, Canada with Jibs, Bone, and Aaron!!! (camping out, seeing the sights, great food, drinking and playing cards by campfire, s'mores, getting lost, bone hitting a car - it's okay they were canadian, the gas station run by small children, and our "tourist" picture).
- getting the best ice cream EVER in Syracuse with Bone and Laura.
- having inappropriate conversations with Jurgs and Bone in the Taco Bell in Rochester + having inappropriate conversations with Bone and Mandy in Skanellus.

It's been a pretty effing fantastic summer! And I think it's been the first where I really wish it wasn't ending. But it's not over yet... and it's definitely goin' out with a bang:

Tomorrow night - Cletus dinner at Fresno's. Cannot wait to see these kids.
Thursday Aug. 4 - I turn 20!!!
Saturday Aug. 6 - Huge birthday celebration at the camp (last camp party of the summer - it's going to be amazing: everyone is invited and should come)
Aug. 8-10 I'm in Rochester for my last three days of work at the hospital.
Aug. 12-19 I'm in Cape Cod, MA with the family.
Sat Aug. 20 is my last night at home - girls dinner out.
Sun Aug. 21 - move into Sue B. and prepare for my freshmen + celebrate my birthday with Jibs soon after.
